Will never be staying here again. The beds are hard as a rock. The pillows are huge, but very soft with no support. At midnight, we had an evacuation couldn’t fall asleep till 2 AM because the kids are running up and down the hallway afterwards. The pool was very dirty on the top layer (oily, bugs, film). Stayed for two nights and got maybe 5 hours of sleep total. After asking staff about the evacuation, they said it was due to a faulty, empty room fire alarm being triggered. This honestly has made me never wanna stay at a Hilton again. Catalina at the pool bar was very attentive and knew the area well and where the best Brazilian steakhouses were. The valet is very quick. The staff all relatively were great to talk to, that’s the only saving grace for this place.

Just perfect, we hope to come back soon. Close to Icon Park, convention center, and many other places and restaurants that are walkable! (If you like 25 min walks). The pool was very relaxing and the balcony was nice too. The staff provided water, frozen treats, food discounts, and always asked if we needed anything else.

I think I am being overly generous with this review. I have been that way over my stay. If you need a good night’s sleep, stay away from here. I able to switch rooms during my day and that didn’t matter for long. Too much banging in rooms above you and chairs scrapping the floor. Of all hours of every single day. Without proper rest, your experience is tainted elsewhere. The restaurant and food accommodations on site are good. That is about all I can say, especially considering I have stayed at other Vacation Clubs. It just seems that Hilton, while expanding, has forgotten or devalued some significant things over the past few years…

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were talking about how nice it was the entire stay. Especially coming from a budget Disney World resort earlier in the week, the accomodations here were much nicer. We didn't arrive until around midnight for check-in since we were out at Magic Kingdom all day (I had called Las Palmeras prior to let them know). Upon check-in we were greeted by 2 incredibly friendly employees who welcomed us in and provided a few bottles of water. Once we got to our room we were amazed at how nice and spacious it was. I took the master bedroom with the king bed and my friend took the living room queen pullout bed. There is not an oven but we didn't need one, we were very happy with the fridge/freezer as well as the microwave and the spacious kitchen setting. We had a nice view of downtown Orlando from our balcony as well. The best thing about this hotel is how close it is to Epic Universe. I'm pretty sure it's the closest non-Universal hotel and it's just a street turn away. I also liked the proximity to The Pointe Orlando where there are a number of shops and restaurants since we went to see a movie at the giant IMAX theater there on our rest day betwee
